S CLUB 7 BRING IT ALL BACK FOR BBC CHILDREN IN NEED!

S CLUB 7 BRING IT ALL BACK FOR BBC CHILDREN IN NEED!

Hello everyone! There have been a few rumours lately and now, finally, I can set the record straight!

Open

Yes, me and my lovely S Club 7 band mates, Bradley, Hannah, Jo, Jon, Paul and Tina are getting together for the first time since 2003 for an exclusive performance on Children In Need Appeal night on November 14th, 2014.

Rehearsals have started and it’s genuinely great to be back with the guys. It's very nostalgic and we’re having a lot of fun!

We’ve been working on a medley of our greatest hits to perform on the show, which will be a really special occasion for us to come back together for as we supported Children In Need with 2 charity singles -'Never Had a Dream Come True' which went to No1 in 2000 as CIN’s official charity song and was also our first US top 10 hit, and ‘Have You Ever’ which was our second single for the charity.

Recently, I’ve also lent my face to their Barefaced campaign and this year, that image has graced the side of buses across London in a bid to get more of you involved in this year’s fundraising campaigns.

From the bottom of my heart, a huge thank you to all of you who have sent such lovely messages recently and have supported us over the years. I can’t wait for the show and to bring it all back for Pudsey and for all our fans here and around the world.

RACHEL STEVENS TO JOIN THE VOICE, IRELAND

RACHEL STEVENS TO JOIN THE VOICE, IRELAND

HRNK! We’re super excited to let you know that Rachel will be joining series four of The Voice of Ireland, joining fellow coaches, Kian Egan, Bressie and Una Foden.

RTE’s smash hit show returns to screens from January 4th 2015, with the search for this year’s vocal talent starting in mid October when the filming of the Blind Auditions starts, followed by the Battles in November.

Open

Rachel said;
“I’m a big fan of The Voice so I can’t wait to join the team of coaches on the Voice of Ireland this year.  I’m sure it will be great fun, but most of all I’m looking forward to listening to the great vocal talent that Ireland has to offer each week and to securing a team of people who have excited me enough to make me push that button for them. When I turn my chair, it will be for someone really special who gets under my skin and I truly believe has what it takes to make it to the final."

Larry Bass – Screentime Shinawil
"We are delighted to announce this year's Coach line-up. It’s a welcome return for 2 time winner Bressie and Kian Egan. Kian is seeking his first win, although he came close with Kelly Mongan - Kian is determined to win this year! New to the coach line up we have Una Foden who has done it all in the world of music, including auditioning for shows like The Voice, Una stuck at it and has had a remarkable career with The Saturdays. Una as a Tipperary girl will know exactly what it takes to get to the top. And finally we introduce Rachel Stevens to Irish audiences as a coach, Rachel has also scaled the heights of the pop world not only as a member of S Club 7 but also with her solo career, so we look forward to Rachel adding even more glamour to The Voice this year"

John McHugh RTÉ
“I'm thrilled that Una Foden and Rachel Stevens have joined The Voice of Ireland and I’m sure they’ll be a great addition to the show. Both Una and Rachel are talented artists with a string of hits and have the expertise to spot a star. It’ll be interesting to see how Kian and Bressie will react, as competition between the coaches is bound to intensify this year.”

Contestants will audition in the Blind stages, Battle against each other in the Battle Stages and finally take to the live stage in Dublin’s Helix for a chance to win a recording contract with Universal.
